Rates are shown in accordance to weights and goods orders, in accordance to DPD or Courier Selected. We do not charge anything for handling or packaging your order. Shipping costs are shown during checkout before payment is required.
Average order processing time is 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Order processing times may vary during peak periods (eg. Christmas) and public holidays.
Out of Stock Items
If the item you'd like is shown online but is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide the estimated delivery date. You can then decide whether you would like to secure your order for the estimated delivery date, or cancel the order.
Why do we display products that are out of stock online?
We will show out of stock products online so that you still have access to the product details or so that you can (in some instances) place the item on backorder to be delivered when the item returns to stock. We have stock arriving often from Germany, so the UK inventory changes all the time.
Occasionally, due to circumstances out of our control there are discrepancies with stock levels resulting in out of stock items being reported as in stock. In these cases, we will inform you immediately if there is an alternative or if the item is due back in stock. However, if neither of the options are available we will inform you of our decision to not process your order.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible by e-mail [Please check spam/trash folders] or telephone with the option to back order or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
